Natalie, also known as Ms. Personatalie, passionately walks in her purpose as a personality trainer, character developer, and creative director. After transitioning from Corporate America as a Business Forms & Graphic Designer, she founded Younique Design, Inc. During the genesis of Younique Design, Inc., Natalie enjoyed creating unique themes and designs for weddings and special events, as well as developing personal and professional promotional designs.
Her experiences with her clients allowed her to discover her desire and skill to help people realize their uniqueness and understand their purpose. It was through these experiences and opportunities to create purposeful, instructional classes and venues for One Flesh Ministries, Inc. and Family Christian Center’s family-life development department, that motivated Natalie to create a subsidiary of Younique Design, Inc. called MUDWorks (My Unique Design Works). MUDWorks provides workshops, seminars, classes, trainings, and consulting services to enhance people’s interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.
Natalie is a personality-based communication strategist who utilizes the psychology of the 4-basic personalities and her skills to enhance clients' effectiveness in various types of relationships by offering in-depth knowledge about the interaction of personalities, individual personality emotional needs, and personality-based communication styles. Additionally, she has a unique ability to connect to clients and present creative ideas for projects, programs, conceptualizing and problem solving.
